The flow of procedures will differ between new patients and existing patients.

You may have to wait if you don't have appointment.
One common card will be provided for all departments. We will reissue it in case of loss or forgetting to bring your card, so please fill in an application form for re-issuing a patient registration card attached to a general guide and submit it to the initial consultation receptionist.
We will check your health insurance card every month. If anything changes on your health insurance card, please inform us promptly.
