The Information of consultation for Foreign Patients

Visitation

Visits are available at Koseikan without appointment.
However, as a countermeasure against the COVID-19, visiting hours and the number of visitors are limited.
Please observe the following rules, except for visits to special patients in the Emergency Center, ICU, NICU, etc.

Visiting hours: 14:00-17:00
Visits are limited to 15 minutes once a day.
Visiting ages are junior high school students (12 years old and up) and older.
Up to 3 people
Visiting place is a hospital room or day room.
Masks are required.

Many patients are at Koseikan.
Some patients have respiratory problems or are immunocompromised, so wearing a mask is mandatory.

How to visit

If you wish to visit, please go to the reception desk in front of the elevator hall on the 1st floor to complete the visiting procedures.
After completing the procedure, you will be given a name tag to wear.

You can come to the ward entrance outside of visiting hours in the following cases

  • Accompanying inpatients.
  • Picking-up inpatients.
  • Standing by for surgery, examination, and explanation of medical condition.
  • Delivering package.

Available hours are 13:00-14:00 and 17:00-18:00.
Please proceed to the reception desk in front of the elevator hall on the 1st floor.
However, this does not apply when specifically instructed by a physician or nurse.
